For adults who know their English is in there. Somewhere.

I teach English and I coach English. What I love most is a particular moment. It happens when something clicks for a learner. Their face changes. There's a kind of "ohhhh." And then a smile, like a light came on in a room they thought they'd forgotten how to find. That moment is why I do this.If your English is somewhere between knowing it and being able to use it, that's where I work. That's what we go looking for together.
I don't use a fixed method or a set curriculum. Every person I work with is different, so every coaching relationship is different too. What I do focus on is this: reducing the pressure you feel when you speak English, and helping you access what you already know more easily. We slow things down. We notice what's happening. We work with real situations that matter to you, not grammar drills or textbook exercises. My sessions are 1:1, online, and paced to work with how your brain actually learns, not against it. I'm CELTA-certified and trained in the brain science of language learning, which means I understand both the teaching side and the neuroscience side of why speaking a language can feel so hard, even when you know it well. It's the kind of work that actually sticks.

Right now, I'm offering 1:1 coaching sessions online. We start with a free discovery conversation. Just 30 minutes to talk about where you are, what's getting in the way, and whether working together feels like a good fit.If you're curious, get in touch. I'd love to hear from you.[email protected]
Short, honest emails. Not too often.Things I notice in sessions. Occasional tools you can actually use. Honest thoughts about learning a language as an adult. Insights into how the brain works when it comes to language. The occasional update on what is happening inside Word4Word.When I have something to share or something to offer, you'll hear it here first.
